I am a graduate of Regis University in Denver, Colorado. I am a student at heart and I always enjoy learning either in a formal setting or in a social gathering. I was raised in Colorado and presently reside there. I enjoy the beautiful great outdoors of her home state through sightseeing, camping, hiking, biking, rollerblading, or an afternoon in the park.
This book was written and lived by me the author. My story is true, the events and documentation are authentic and this is a chronological account of the events that took place in my life. I have written this story in accordance with TEXAS legal documentation, trial transcripts, attorney correspondence, bank statements, tax records, property records, government pay statements, my journal and a domestic violence arrest.
The TEXAS trial court took my children, home, furnishings, all of the finances and awarded them to my ex-husband along with private property and I received $0. I was an unemployed, stay at home mom and was ordered to pay my ex-husband for my car payment, car insurance, child support with medical payments and 30% of a projected income, until paid in full by my estate upon my death.
My story with the legal system in Texas as I have told it has come under scrutiny as unbelievable. Some doubt that such proceedings actually took place, but most do not acknowledge this story as the truth or permissible in our in our legal system.
I have told this story of my trials and tribulations with the legal system to attorneys, judges, courts, politicians, bureaucrats, acquaintances, family, friends, on occasion to strangers and most are in disbelief that they actually happened as I have described them. I have added the actual supporting documentation to the text to give my account creditability and legitimacy.
I know that you the reader will see the presented facts and evidence in the legal documentation, as unquestionable evidence to the truth in this situation. This story is eye opening, enlightening and educating to all who read it and especially those who find themselves in predicaments such as mine.
